Here's my current vitamin regime:

I take Soloray multi-vitamin (I chose this one because it's one of the only
one's I could find that actually contained retinol instead of only carotene).
Here a link to the ingredients description. Solaray>Twice Daily Multi-Energy
(60 Capsules)

In addition, I take 200 mg of alpha lipoic acid (split morning & evening);
oily version Co-q10 90mg; 400mg natural vitamin E (Unique E brand); 50mg
Twinlab rice bran tocotreinol. I sometimes take additional vitamin C in the form of
both Ester-C as well as Ascorbic acid -- the amount varies depending upon why
I am taking it.

If I start to feel like I'm coming down with something (which is rare, thank
G-d) -- I take a few drops of extra strength oil of oregano (North American
brand) in water at night before bed.

X-Tras: Don't know if you all would consider these supplements -- but

1. I also drink at least 3-4 cups of tea (lately I'm really into Iron
Goddess of Mercy Oolong from Fujian Provence. I get this in loose leaf form at
Itoen (cool website at itoentea.com).) I also drink some green tea from in tea
bags such as green jasmine or genmaicha.

2. I eat roasted cocao beans (nibs) or dark European chocolate 60% or
greater cocoa content.
