Yes, this makes the whole thing tragicomical. I wonder what's the taste
difference between a fat duck liver obtained through this process and a fat
liver from a duck eating natural food. I know what Jean-Claude would say, I
guess, but what about you Tom, or anyone else here, have you tasted the
natural thing besides the presumably sick
one?
