I saw this a number of years ago on a farm tour in France. Amazing
process, shooting a huge mass of wet cooked grains straight into the
gooses stomach. Funny thing was, the birds loved it, they swarmed
around the farmer to get their turn at the funnel. Sort of like the
lines at McDonalds at lunch time ;--)

And the result is sooo good.
