Hi to Everyone

I have just had one of my wisdom teeth taken out and after the bone having
to be drilled and stitches, my dentist has prescribed me with a course of
antibiotics and pain killers.

I am not keen on taking any medication unless absolutely necessary,
particularly antibiotics. I just wondered if any of you can think of
anything i can do or eat that would be helpful, in keeping with the paleo
diet. As for the painkillers i don't know if i will need them yet as i am
still very numb from the anaesthetic. If i did take them are they harmful
or very toxic?

Many thanks for any help in advance
Melanie.

P.S I don't join in on the list much because i don't know very much
compared to most people on here and some of the topics go over my head,
but i still enjoy reading all the conversations and learn a lot from them!
