well, the neuro said it was not just a matter of
getting the vitamin,but, in absorbing it too. i had
ask if i should get a b complex to take. she did not
say what to do if my primary runs the test and i am
not absorbing enough. i assume that one or the other
will tell me what if anything to do if it is needed.
