Don't know much about either one. I'm on the East Coast which is not as
retiree heavy especially here in the Space Coast. We have too many kids
hanging around and not the amount of 55+ communities although they are
creeping up here. It becomes too much of a fight when we need to raise
taxes for schools and community services.

i guess it is harder to pay than it is to mandate.

Down here the other Bush likes to take credit for all he's done for the
kids. Forgets to mention the Federal mandate to raise some more funds
or
loose them. Now they are also trying to get everyone off the waiting
lists
for services but, are cutting funding. Go Figure.

much good. The Texas leg, made famous by Molly Ivans, side-stepped the
