There was a news item on the radio this morning. Kellogg's is now going to
make claims that increasing fiber consumption wards off colon cancer. They
are basing this on 100 studies over the past 25 years that support them.
Of course what's missing from this report is which type of fiber. The only
thing the two types of fiber (soluble and insoluble) have in common is
their name.
