        Don't fear meat.  Yesterday, I only had three hamburgers at
lunch, so don't fear lack of meat if you're not meat hungry,  But between
50% and 100% of your food should be comming from meat and eggs unless you
really can't handle it.
        Also, I hate to be a doomsayer, but the lemon peper mayhave sugar
in it.  Read the label.  Now, sugar is "the best of the worse" as far as
forbiden fruits go, but maybe fresh lemom might be better for you.

        I haven't had any problems in the last month, but a banana or two
a day sounds right.
