Yes I thought it was tyramine for a long time. It was the obvious one to go
for with my migraines and arryhthmia. But during my trial and error few months
I discovered I did fine with other high tyrmaine foods. The bottom line kept
coming back to free glutamate.

I just love liver now. You would have to have paid me a lot of money to eat
liver once upon a time. Now my body craves it if I haven't had it for a while.
Still, I don't think it means all
