Jim, 100% chance they will also feel it themselves and might not even
want to go back to SAD.  A lot of people are not comfortable within
themselves and eating Paleo can clear up the fog in the brain.  Make
sure to tell them protein builds muscle, usually an argument young
people like to hear.
