People have been consuming olive oil for hundreds of
generations with no apparent problems. I'm not sure of
the exact n3 to n6 ratio but I know that the oil is
very low in n6 and even lower in n3. Olive oil with a
little fish oil added in has been working for me. It
also contains squalene which is reported to raise
omega-3 in blood.

I've been looking for a good source of raw macadamia
oil, which is even lower in n6 than olive, to use in
my paleo mayo. The olive oil taste is too strong and
overpowering. Anyone have any sources for macadamia
oil?

Mark
