I called a taxidermist, the first one offered to donate elk and deer meat,
from his own freezer.
Now my question is, I probably will need a meat slicer, and should I still
use beef suet? I still need the suet for the pemmican.
I am also about to call the grass fed beef company in Colorado, as well.
