Subject: Hamburger Toppings(?)
Suggestion - why not put your toppings inside the hamburger?
Into the burger, mix your choice of finely chopped tomatoes, peppers,
parsley, celery, carrots (grated), onions, mushrooms and herbs/spices. Hold
the patty mixture together with ground nuts - almonds, pecans etc . And put
the finished product into a legal bun - fold two big raw cabbage leaves
around it after topping the burger with shredded lettuce. Sprinkling the
cabbage leaves with more ground nuts will help soak up that delicious fat
and minimize drips. (Cabbage leaves work equally well as sausage buns)
