My request for rolled sugar cookies that don't crumble didn't come up with much to summarize.
One person...with whom I agree totally, said to chill the dough for a few hours, even overnight.
Another said to use Bette Hagman's recipe from her first book....which is the one I just used.
A couple of people recommended websites to purchase cookies from websites. But, I need to bake seasonal cookies and ship them to my sons cross country for Chanukah or it doesn't feel like Chanukah. Packaged cookies won't "cut it." (O.K., I'm being silly, but those of you who bake get the idea.)
That's it. Sorry.
Thanks. Lin
