< My inability to enjoy liver remains a mystery to me>

I succeeded once in eating liver. this is what i did:

1. soak it overnight in raw milk. has to be raw.
2. drain this off and squeeze the liver gently. blood comes out.
3. soak it in warm water and ginger for a couple of hours.
4. drain this off.
5. fry up onion and bacon.
6. now fry the liver with horrible bitter herbs. this way the now reduced
horror
of the liver can be overtaken by gentian/sorrel/ whatever.

i could eat it quite easily. the problem with this is that
you still have to smell it, and its time-consuming.
