There's plenty of vitamin E in for example:

- Sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, olive oil, flaxseeds, walnuts
- Liver or fat from turkey, duck or chicken
- Tallow from mutton or beef
- Olive oil
- Egg yolks
- Broccoli

In animals more generally, the highest concentrations are found in adrenal
glands, testicles, uterus and fat tissue.

Whether they are good or bad sources depends on your taste. I don't like
e.g. olive oil. And, I don't like egg yolks without the egg white. I
haven't tasted flaxseeds.

Futher, it's good to know that vitamin E tolerates heat quite well
but is
sensitive to cold and decreases in the freezer. It's also sensitive to air
and light.
