Mined salt comes from oceans dried out millions of years ago.
Should be the purest maries salt available.

However most sea-salt and mined salt ("minded" by means of water) is
"refined" and looking white. Which means (as usualy) it is spoiled.

Real salt has the same composition of minerals that the ocean has, and
this is "by accident" the same composition of minerals you can find in
human blood.
Real salt comes in various colour at least is must be grey.

Best would be to get whole pieces of real mined salt - this can't be
"refined".
Such salt pieces from Tibet are very much en vogue at this time.
