Hi Pat.

Yes, the VE manual is now available on four-track cassette from Handi-Hams.  I
just finished recording it a couple weeks ago.

I've already got my VE badge from the ARRL so have some concerns about VE
functioning according to what I've been told by Perry Green in the ARRL/VEC
office.
