I don't know how to do the exact rules in McAffee Firewall.  But you need to
open port 5200 as a TCP/IP and ports 5198 and 5199 as UDP ports.

Unfortunately, when I tried to do this with my hardware router, it still
wouldn't work, so I had to put this PC in the demilitarized zone.
Fortunately, I have Norton Personal Firewall which works on Echolink and
still protects this PC when it is in the DMZ zone.

Someone who thinks logically provides a nice contrast to the real world!
