I have a new computer that runs Windows XP and I receive my email through Outlook Express. Whenever anyone tries to send me something and it comes as an attatchment, OE claims for security reasons it will not allow me to open it. I have sent things from work home and it won't let me open them and I have even tried to trick it by sending something forwarded from my Hotmail account to my Outlook Express on the same computer (and vice versa) and it will not allow me to open it. Where do I go to change the settings for this as my old computer ran Windows 98 and OE and I didn't have this problem. It seems to be a computer setting because when I send something from OE to Hotmail hosted by MSN, I still am not allowed to open it for security reasons. I have McAfee virus scan running.
