I eat only healthy carbs like veggies, fruits, nuts 99% of the time, with
less than 72 carbs consumed any given day. Still my fasting glucose reading
is 90-92 and I'd like to pull it down into the high 80's.
I don't want to quit eating the veggies, etc. because I think they are
healthy for me and feel better when I do than when I eat only meat and fat.
