If people are in Christy's situation there is a header option that also
puts the author's name and e-mail address in the message body. Actually
there are four header options. You can have whichever you want by sending
the appropriate command in a message body to:
[log in to unmask]
SET PALEOFOOD SUBJecthdr
Some subscribers may desire to have the system automatically identify mail
from the List by adding the Listname to the subject line. This puts a [PF]
in the subject. Though if one is filtering mail into folders, then a filter
should be set on the To:, and not having this will allow for more of the
subject to appear.
SET PALEOFOOD DUALHDR
If your e-mail reading software does not reveal the senders' names on your
incoming e-mail, invoke this command. It causes Listserv to include
relevant header information in the text body of incoming messages sent to
you. Note when replying this information should be deleted.
SET PALEOFOOD FULLHdr
"Full" mail headers. While most of the header is not seen by the reader,
this option preserves all the original header lines that were on the e-mail
as it was received by Listserv.
SET PALEOFOOD SHORTdr
Short headers. Again, most of the header is not seen by the reader, but
this option makes the e-mail smaller in size. It only has the header lines
that start from when Listserv sends out the message.
