I have read that the values are a little bit more extreme.
Carbs = 100% glucose. Proteins = 58% (or less). Fats = 10%.
Search "total average glucose" or "total available glucose".
Some diabetics use this formula to estimate insulin needs.
Potatoes have about 95% TAG. Ice cream 60%. Eggs 30%. Pea-
nuts 27%. Ribs 19%. Macadamias 14%.

The body has no way to convert ketones or alcohol to fat.
Biochemistry textbooks will confirm this. Top supermodels
like Kate Moss are often reported to live on mainly hard
liquor with one or two regular meals a day (bacon, eggs,
cheese, pasta, salad, fruit), yet maintain a rail thin,
5'7", 105 pound body. Incredibly, the effective calories
of hard alcohol are ZERO.
