Seed oils, including sunflower oil were in all likelihood not part of the
Paleolithic diet. Some people emulating Paleodiet use some of these oils,
like flax seed oil, in order to get a lot of omega 3 fatty acids. I believe
all these oils are unhealthy. Wild fatty fish, properly fed or wild
animals, organic eggs, and green leafy vegetables, is what I eat instead.
