Kath, I used BodyBalance by GSDL.  Back in 2000, I used Great Smokies
Diagnostic Lab, but at that time their hormone tests could only be ordered
via a physician.  In 2001 I used Aeron Labs.  I've read that at one time Dr.
Zava used to be associated with Aeron or was a founder or something like
that.  Will keep your info in mind for future tests.  Maybe that phone call
is worth the higher costs of the tests.
