What chemicals did you take before paleo with ADD?  Was the ADD a medical
diagnosis?  I'm  really skeptical of the psycho babble jargon; no offense
intended to anyone in the psych field and I agree that this is

What's interesting to me is that I was so able to change myself
biochemically that I went from being a guy in possession of a brain
"disorder" (ADD) but without any issues with alcohol to a guy no longer
with any ADD symptoms but with a tendency to alcoholism (which only
willpower has prevented).  It's a huge change biochemically and I find it
fascinating!
