Oregon Grape (Mahonia aquifolium) also contains hydrastine and berberine,
and barberry (Berberis vulgaris) contains berberine. Both are MUCH cheaper
than the endangered goldenseal which runs about 10x the price ($9.00/oz
compared to about $0.80/oz).
