You just have to read the labels and look out for carb counts.  40 grams (1.4
ounces) of Lindt 70% dark chocolate has 13 carbs, 2 of which are fiber, 11 of
which are sugar.  The same amount of the 85% has only 8 carbs, 3 of which are
fiber, 5 of which are sugar.  This is less sugar than most fruits, plus the
chocolate also contains some fat and protein.
