Well...being a biologist and all...
Seeds are seeds...but there is a huge difference in say..."grass" seeds
(cereals) and nuts...
I think eliminating ALL types of seeds, is a bit too broad...clearly
cereal seeds are not good for us...but many nuts/seeds (not legumes,
like peanuts/beans, which are also seeds!) are good for us, what should
be the deciding factor?? I guess how you feel...
