You're probably right. Doing a bit of Googling it appears the term "Angus
Beef" has been hijacked a bit by the PR people!! Its not even clear whether
"Certified Angus Beef" has to come from pure bred Angus Cattle!! And I doubt
whether they've ever roamed the Glens!!!
