Michael,
General Bootyguard and the Mrs are never a threat. The box turtles make
good steeping stones. The snakes stir the cool water and tickle the
feet. The heavy weeds scratch gently like a session at the spa. If you
really like the muck we have a second pond that is never more than two
feet of water, but neck deep in mother natures richness: a virtual mud
bath. What they have in Massachusetts that we don't are the great
cranberry bogs. They grow so thick you can bounce on them like huge
trampolines. You and Walden are welcome anytime.
Best,
Leland

my pond is spring fed always cool; I have made a beach of sand for the
peanut; and if you don't lke good clean muck you swim to shore Peanut
in the long haul might be a clothes horse ;but she won't be afraid of
swinging on on a vine to get to her pond..Signed sir Walden
