Michael,
Thanks for the great short story. I have had that sense of tranquility
turn to fear for survival many times. Often when I look at animals in
nature I think this is what consumes every minute of their waking day.
We talk of all the stress of our everyday lives, and assume these things
of nature have it so peacefully. Hey! I sent a picture to Ken the
other day: I caught a double rainbow at dusk after plowing the north
field.
