wa0rcr can be heard Saturday evenings on 1860 KHZ A.M. Phone.
He runs RAIN, News Line, and three or four other ham radio weekly news
programs.  Has been doing it for 25 years.
I think he is running a quarter wave vertical with lots of radials.  I
think his transmitter is a Valiant but wouldn't swear to it.
