John,
Can't help with the 2 sound card thing. I have 2 cards hear, but can't get
the pc to recognize both at the same time.
Anyway, you are aware that Digitalk does not need your screen reader to
operate? It uses it's own voice so I find it less confusing to shut down
jaws while running digitalk.
Can you recieve a signal and get it to decode? Once again, simply starting
the program, tuning to the desired freq and mode, and using the left and
right arrow keys , you should lock onto a psk signal and the voice will
start decoding it. Is your line in activated on the sound card? If you
have mic activated for echo link or something else, the line in won't be
getting any audio from your rig to decode.
