One thing, about xm, if you've not had it on for awhile, (including Sirius
receivers) leave the receiver on for awhile because recalibrating is
necessary. It then should start working normally. Try to position the
antenna so it has a south window exposure and can see the sky, tilt it
about 45 degrees approximately, experiment.
