Well, there are 2 ways, if you want to save the attachment, in the file
menu,  when you hit alt it's the first one,  enter on save attachments, if
you just want to open the attachment,  in the main body of the message,
shift+tab once and you should be able to hear the file name, hit enter on
that, other wise, shift tab to the subject line and then tab once,  it
should put you on the file name, then you hit enter, it asks you if you want
to save or open the file and just arrow to your choice and hit enter again
and it will do it.
