Hi Buddy.

That is what I recall.  I had to learn all that stuff when I was in
college.  I had my degree in Broadcast Management from S.U., but left the
broadcast industry and went into computer programming shortly after I left
college.  Anyway, I wondered if there was anyone on the list that would
remember the Federal Radio Commission, which was under the Department of
Commerce.
