Walt,

Don't have the pin out info in front of me  right now, but you can wire a
foot switch  via the acc 2 jack on the rear of the 2000.   Also  saw you ask
about ptt with a Heil head set:  I have a Proset Plus and the adapter  has
the same 1/4 jack for a foot switch that you have on the Goldline mic.
