Walt,  unless someone else beats me to it, I'll try to retrace my steps to jog my memory as to the correct path to get the software.


As I recall, after you get to the amateur page, you have a choice of software for different radios, and you want handhelds.

I do remember that I had to go through a few layers to get to it.
