Hi Matt,

For a start (and I still have to scan it yet--I'm hoping tht
Handi-Hams re-records it sometime), try 200 Meters And Down, by
Clinton B. De Soto, available from the ARRL in paperback
for...well...pretty cheap. This book was published in, I believe,
1936, and covers the early history of ham radio. For a really
interesting read, I can send you Calling CQ, out of print, by the same
guy; it used to be on the Web, but it's not anymore. Not exactly a
history, but a fascinating read nonetheless.
