If you want a multi-band ht the Kenwood TH-f6A is an extremely accessible
rig that covers 144/220/440. In addition you get general coverage from lw
through 1.3GHz wide fm standard fm and narrow fm, am, usb lsb and cw.
Modes, tone settings and other functions are usable by a totally blind
person.
