   Condition a 9 plus on a scale of 1 to 10
   No mods
   Non smoker

   - VS-2 Voice Synthesizer unit installed
   - DC power cord
   - Modified MC-60 microphone which no longer has a preamp built
     in but has a Heil HC-4 microphone element installed
   - Kenwood Radio Control Software - RCP TS-870S
   - Original shipping carton
   - Excellent working condition
