I have a Standard C128A 220MHZ hand held for sale.  The rig is in great
condition.  The C128A is accessible for blind and visually impaired users
through it's different beep tones that are heard while toggling through the
functions.  When you are setting your ctcss tones the radio will beep at the
same spot during the scroll.  It is a very accessible radio.  The rig comes
with speaker microphone, case, standard charger, two batteries, the
instruction manual as well as the service manual, and wrist strap.  I am
