Yes you can transmit.  I tested it a while ago and there was a slight delay
which was tolerable.  Not like the rig on your desk. <HI HI> but pretty
good considering its being transmitted over the net.  I would say that its
as good as remote internet bases get.
The Ten-tec Pegasus software is not vary blind friendly at all.  My method
and recommendation is that you use the web interface as a controller which
works quite nicely.  Like I mentioned in a previous posting, this web
controlled interface can even work in a stand alone PC environment with the
addition of a couple of peices of software which can be had at
http://www.ralabs.com.
Andy Horn, KA3ODJ was quite helpful in getting me set up.  The only problem
I had was no actual Pegasus transceiver to go on the air but the software
portion worked fine.  Now with the Jupiter, I'm hearing that duel operation
is possible.  The KA3odj web interface could be used while using the actual
frunt panel to controll the transceiver.
