Gary,

You should be aware that if you upgrade from 98 to xp professional the
authorization key will cost you $300 to $400 more unless you already have a
authorization key for NT and 2000. Also, I don't know where to find it right
now but there is a upgrade advisor that you can run to determine whether or
not you would need to upgrade any of your hardware as well. Gary

    Hi all.  I have been offered to upgrade my OS windows 98 version 2 to XP
professional version.  Will there be any problems to look for or problems
