Hi Anthony,

I believe that radio is the same as Radio Shack's DX398.  If that's the
case, I have a text file of the DX398 manual that I scanned in.  It's not
perfectly cleaned up, but it's in good enough shape to give you lots of
useful information, and I'd be happy to send it to you privately.
