HI Keith and listers,

I doubt that you saw one on the American Federation of the Blind web
site Keith, because no American Federation of the BLind exists.

There is a National Federation of the blind, and an American
FOundation for the blind.

Note the for and of. ONe is an organization of blind folks, the other
is an agency, with all that that implies.
