<Can an a AOL user just log in to the AOL web page, and have access to AOL

You can access AOL.com from anywhere in the world, then log on to the mail server and get and send your mail. This accessibility is one reason why so many people use it. If the user is an AOL broadband user, my understanding is that subscription to a separate aol account is needed for away-from-that-computer email access.
