To build muscle - eat protein and work out - newsflash ;-)) ! To stop weight loss - eat carbs (gets your insulin levels up, without which you can't gain). Off course, you can't eat too much lean protein without getting sick, so you do need the fat too...

What makes a person fat is above all the combination "foodstuffs low in fibre and water, but high in effective carbs" + fat, not too many kcals in itself, so my advice would be to up the kcals - but don't eat Häagen Dazs! Eating energy dense foods like fatty meats, nuts and seeds together with sweet fruit would probably do the trick. Unless you're a purist you might even consider adding some butter and cream to your regimen. But please be careful: did you really put too much fat on now, or is it Ana still talking?
