Two things that come to mind that would combat fungal infections would be Pau
d'Arco (Taheebo) tea, and Tea Tree oil. If you go to a health food store, you
should be able to find the Tea Tree oil in a mouth wash formula, but I would
not play around with using it directly in the mouth without knowing how to
dilute it. My guess is a Tea Tree oil toothpaste and mouth wash used on a regular
basis would be a good idea, since you seem to be prone to repeated bouts of
this.
Try a Google search for thrush Tea Tree oil and you'll get lots of
information.
